Beginners Hatha w/Lisa
Students in this class will learn basic standing and seated asanas.  There will be a focus on alignment and inner awareness. 

We will also learn to work with the breath as we move deeper into each asana, giving students a strong foundation so that they may be equipped with a deeper understanding of Hatha Yoga to prevent injury and fatigue in the future.
