This class focuses on the basics of yoga in order to create a safe and growing practice.

Open to beginners as well as those of you who want to learn more about the practice, this class allows extra time for in-depth explanations of postures and breath, questions. It also helps to develop body awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
