Honey Flow
Sticky and sweet… Expect an hour of sweaty, creative vinyasa flow that links breath to body, mind to heart, heart to feet. Then slide into 20 minutes of long-held, deep-driving hip openers or restorative poses. Topped off with a generous savasana and guided relaxation. Modifications given for all levels, but you should have a steady practice and be familiar with sun salutations and basic poses.
