Practicing yoga since 2000, Kati made the transition to yoga teacher in 2008 through Castle Hill Yoga with Gioconda.
She teaches Vinyasa Yoga in a manner that focuses on breath, balance, strength and alignment. Kati combines different lineages of Hatha Yoga to meet the needs of her students. She also encourages students to find their own path of practice - by knowing their limitations and then safely moving through them.
