Lisa Johnson

Lisa began practicing Yoga in 2004 in search of something that would balance her in a healthy and natural way.  Shortly after, she was introduced to an Ashtanga Yoga class where she received great health benefits.  Lisa began to deepen her Ashtanga practice, and also pursued teacher training with the Living Yoga program in Austin.  She now teaches Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. 

Lisa continues her studies under the direction of great teachers, who she contributes a big part of her continued growth to.  Her goal is to make her students aware of every aspect of their bodies through Yoga so that they may reclaim and love themselves fully.  
Lisa is very excited to be able to share Yoga and all the peace, love and joy it has brought her.
