Peaceful Warrior Recovery Yoga
This class is about aligning with the spiritual Warrior-Heroine-Hero that resides in us all, moving from vicious cycles towards victorious cycles of awareness and balance. 

Classes begin with seated Kundalini kriyas for awareness, followed by intense explorations into Breath-of-fire (Agni Prasana) and Archer Posture (the Kundalini version of Virabhadrasana II) as a practice of dropping the past and BEING the courageous, steady present moment (the Shiva principle).    These ancient practices provide very real mind-body detoxification, cellular recharge, and joyful aliveness.  Excellent for general strength and weekly stress maintenance, this class is also a powerful adjunct for those recovering from addictions and/or their underlying stresses & traumas.
