Sarah Fangsrud
Sarah relocated to Austin from Chicago last summer. Sarah began her yoga practice in 2002 when first introduced to yoga in Missoula, Montana. She has taught yoga since 2007 and teaches in the lineage of her teacher Dharma Mittra. Sarah received her first yoga certification in 2007 from the Dharma Yoga Center of New York City, where she subsequently began teaching classes, assisting in the duties of running the Yoga Center, and attending Master yoga classes taught by Dharma Mittra himself, five days a week. In 2009 she also received her advanced yoga certification from the Dharma Yoga Center.

The Dharma Mittra Yoga vinyasa series integrates the physical practice with the classical spirit of yoga. The series introduces beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga postures, breathing exercises, concentration and meditation techniques which will challenge yoga

practitioners at every level as well as making sure that all are successful.

Sarah's wish is for everyone to feel comfortable in a personal, unstressful, supportive environment and to find a way to carry that environment off the mat and into your daily life. Come a few minutes early to stretch out and relax before class.
